We are seeking a forward-learning self-starter capable of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment. You will be expected to support multiple efforts and will assist the customer in making informed decisions related to requirements and developments.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with customer and stakeholders to understand mission needs then develop Concept of Operations documents.\nCapture and document User, Functional, and Technical requirements.\nPerform analysis and allocation of requirements to systems and segments.\nProvide project management support, development of project plans, integration and test support and initial solution definition.\nDrive projects to completion.\nPlan and participate in characterization testing of RF systems.\nCoordinate and participate in technical exchange meetings (TEMS).\nIdentify technical, CI and operational risks and recommend mitigations.\nCreating briefings to support Control Gates.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.\nMinimum of 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer providing the above services\nStrong written, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to prepare and brief complex technical and non-technical information to non-technical stakeholders.\nHave demonstrated experience with RF communication systems, technologies, and concepts\nBe a self-starter who will take initiative for helping manage key parts of complex technical developments.\nPossess a desire and ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects and be willing and able to aggressively learn the activities and focus of the organization.\nMust be comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.\nSalary Range\nUSD $160,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
