Experience of SAP S/4HANA, another major ERP transformation or within a complex operational organisation would be advantageous rather than essential.\nA brilliant communicator and storyteller, able to take complex information and turn it into simple, engaging and audience-appropriate content.\nStrong business partner management skills, with the confidence to build relationships and work independently with colleagues and leaders across multiple teams.\nExperience producing high-quality communications and presentations, including materials suitable for senior business partners, alongside experience of communication platforms, collaboration tools or programme hubs.\nProactive, organised and comfortable with pace and ambiguity, able to balance competing priorities, maintain excellent attention to detail and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWorking at M&S means being part of something bigger - helping to deliver quality, value and service to millions of customers every day.
