Security Supervisor

Location:  Miami-Dade

Pay:  $20-$22/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:  5 PM-1 AM or 1 AM-9 AM; one weekend off

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Operation Supervisor  to oversee field operations throughout Miami-Dade. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this hands-on role focuses on staff supervision, site compliance, training, logistics, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Supervise, train, coach, and discipline security personnel as needed.
• Deliver equipment and troubleshoot CCTV, radios, tablets, and other security technology.
• Provide emergency coverage and operational support when needed.
• Review timesheets, activity logs, and incident reports for accuracy.
• Submit detailed shift reports to management.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and residents.

Qualifications

• Florida Class D Security License (Required)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years of security supervisory/leadership experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Technical aptitude and professional demeanor
• Flexibility for on-call support as needed
