If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!\nSite Location is in Denver CO\nSecurity Officer- Operations Support\n$25.00\n MUST HAVECOLORADO GUARD CARD \nVALID DRIVER LICENCE\nMUST BE 21\n NO FACE PIERCINGS, GAUGES, OR FACE/NECK TATTOOS\n\nSecurity Relief Officer Responsibilities:\nAcknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner.\nVerify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.\nAssist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.\nMonitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior.\nMonitor surveillance cameras and alarms.\nPatrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.\nWarn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items.\nRespond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.\nIdentify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner.\nEnsures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents).\nEnsure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed.\nOther duties to be determined by Management.\nSecurity Control Room Officer:\nPush/Report all appropriate operational matters in real-time directly to the SOC Manager\nProvide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.\nActs on all customer service related calls and either resolves them personally or refers issues to the appropriate individuals. Manage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls-for-service, to include; phone and email workstations. Monitor email inboxes, work order service requests and all communications devices; prioritize and process incoming information according to procedure.\nResponsible for establishing, maintaining and reviewing schedules.\nAssist in the supervision and management of team of security officers, training, coaching, development and support.\nHandle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately. Coordinate emergency incidents with Security Team. Notify, assist, and direct external emergency personnel and internal Emergency Response Team as necessary.\nAcknowledge alarms and dispatch personnel as needed\nParticipate in regular training and scenario based security drills\nUnderstand and execute emergency SOC protocols, Understand and execute general service SOC protocols.\nPerform SOC related projects and tasks as requested by the SOC Manager or Director of Operations\nCompile daily SOC activities into daily shift reports. Accurately ensure detailed shift pass-downs are issued and followed. Compile monthly, quarterly and annual SOC statistical data.
