If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!\nMarksman Security is Now Hiring for a Security Site Manager\n$68,000 - $73,000 per year\nFull-Time | Salaried\nMonday thru Friday | Flexible Start Time: 7:00am or 8:00am\n5+ Years of Security Experience and 3+ Years Leading a Team of 75+ are Required\nTexas Non-Commissioned Security License and AED/CPR/First Aid Certification are Required\nThe ideal candidate will have previous experience leading security teams AND working directly with client leadership.\nJoin our team at a high-volume distribution and warehouse facility as the Security Site Manager. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll lead the security program for the entire site. You will be responsible for leading and developing the officer team, managing schedules and coverage, serving as the primary contact for client leadership, and making sure every post runs safely and by the book.\nThe site is a secure, high-volume facility and will require the highest level of professionalism, leadership, reliability, and a high-quality candidate with an excellent work ethic.\nAbout This Role\nLocation: Coppell, TX\nSchedule: Monday - Friday\n Hours: Flexible (salaried), starting at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM\nAvailability: On-call as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays\nEmployment Type: Full-Time, Salaried\nSalary: $68,000 - $73,000 per year\nReports To: Director of Operations\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities of the Site Manager include, but are not limited to:\nTeam Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the officer team. Conduct shift briefings, post inspections, and performance reviews, and address attendance and conduct issues fairly and consistently.\nScheduling & Coverage: Build and manage officer schedules, approve time and attendance, and fill call-outs and open shifts so every post is covered.\nClient Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership. Attend meetings, respond to requests promptly, and keep the client informed.\nSite Operations & Compliance: Make sure officers follow post orders and site procedures. Conduct audits and keep post orders, logs, and records accurate and current.\nIncident Management: Respond to and oversee incidents, make sure incident reports are accurate and timely, and escalate to Operations leadership as needed.\nTraining & Development: Onboard and train new officers, coordinate ongoing training, and identify officers who are ready to grow.\nHiring & Retention: Partner with Recruiting to interview and select officers, and build a team that stays.\nSupplies & Uniforms: Coordinate uniforms, equipment, and supplies with the Security Logistics team.\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least 18 years of age or older\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nNon-commissioned security license through the state of Texas required!\nMinimum of 5 years of security experience\nMinimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing a team of over 75 people\n Current AED/CPR/First Aid certification\nExperience with officer scheduling, timekeeping, and incident reporting\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working with client leadership\nProficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation\nAvailable for on-call needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed\nAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screen\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing security at a warehouse, distribution, or corporate site\nExperience with workforce management or scheduling software (e.g., WinTeam)\nBi-lingual considered a plus.\nPay and Benefits\nSalary range: $68,000 - $73,000 per year\nPaid time off and paid holidays\nMedical and Dental insurance\nOpportunities for career growth and promotion\nSkills-enhancing training\nReady to lead with Marksman?
