Become part of a team that can't be stopped, that overcomes challenges together and celebrates success together.\nBe part of our success story and join us as Senior Solutions Engineer (f/m/d)!\nYou will own the bridge between our customers’ business requirements and MP ONE’s commercial and technical capabilities, leading discovery, demos, and proof-of-value work that moves complex deals across the finish line.\nYour Mission\nLead customer discovery, technical presentations, tailored demos, and proof-of-value engagements for MP ONE.\nCollaborate with prospects to understand their business and pricing challenges, identify opportunities for value creation, and align MARKT-PILOT solutions with their objectives.\nPartner with Sales to build and present compelling technical and business cases to executive stakeholders, clearly demonstrating how MARKT-PILOT drives revenue growth and strengthens competitive advantage.\nDesign and deliver personalized product demonstrations that address specific customer needs and showcase clear ROI and measurable business outcomes.\nPlan, execute, and evaluate proof-of-value trials, ensuring a seamless process, well-defined success criteria, and actionable insights that validate impact.\nServe as the go-to expert on MP ONE’s solutions, integrations, and capabilities, translating technical features into tangible business results.\nSupport strategic sales cycles by providing hands-on technical guidance and proactively addressing challenges to keep deals moving forward.\nWork closely with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to share field insights, shape product improvements, and inform roadmap priorities.\nYour Skills\nYou bring at least five years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales or solutions engineering, ideally in B2B SaaS, manufacturing or data-driven industries.\nYou bring practical knowledge of pricing strategies, competitive analysis and ROI-driven business cases, ideally from a manufacturer or relevant pricing context. Pricing is core, aftermarket experience is not required, and you can contribute without learning pricing fundamentals from scratch.\nYou have led enterprise discovery, technical presentations, tailored demonstrations and proof-of-value or proof-of-concept engagements.\nYou explain complex technical concepts as clear business value for diverse audiences, including senior decision-makers, and build strong customer relationships.\nYou understand enterprise integrations such as ERP, CRM and APIs; familiarity with HubSpot and SaaS delivery models is a plus.\nYou collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success, bringing curiosity, creativity, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive scale-up mindset.
