You own your projects from first idea to live deployment, and you see the impact land directly inside the business.\nYour responsibilities\nBuild multi-agent systems that communicate with users and connect to internal systems;\n\nWork on AI projects end to end, from brainstorming features and building the business case to developing, testing, deploying and continuously improving the solution.\n\nDevelop RAG pipelines with vector embeddings to make our knowledge and data safely accessible;\n\nTranslate business needs into concrete technical solutions and align on priorities with your team and stakeholders;\n\nChoose the right technical approach per challenge;\n\nMake AI output measurable: build test sets and evaluate for accuracy, hallucinations, cost and latency;\n\nBring solutions to production and keep them reliable, secure and maintainable;\n\nTrack adoption, gather feedback and iterate based on real results;\n\nStay sharp on new developments in AI and bring relevant ideas back to the team.\n\nRequirements\nYour profile\nA completed Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics or a comparable field. Preferably recently graduated or with your first work experience;\n\nFluency in Dutch is required;\n\nStrong Python skills: you understand your code and debug it when things break;\n\nHands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and connecting AI to internal data.
