You will be creating the foundation for the next phase of our European growth by establishing standards and policies, while maintaining the flexibility and entrepreneurial elements that shape Marktlink’s unique culture.\nYour responsibilities\nDevelop and drive Marktlink's international Workplace & Facilities strategy, including workplace standards, HS&E and compliance;\n\nTranslate our brand identity and future ambitions into workplace concepts that strengthen employee experience across Europe;\n\nLead international workplace projects, including office openings, relocations, renovations and office optimisations. You do this in a hands on way, being an integral part of the team yourself;\n\nOversee facility operations across all Marktlink offices, ensuring quality, consistency and operational excellence;\n\nCoach and develop the Workplace team, creating an environment where people grow through ownership and collaboration;\n\nBuild strong partnerships with suppliers, strategic partners and internal stakeholders across Europe;\n\nDrive continuous improvement by optimising workplace processes, systems and ways of working;\n\nManage budgets, contracts and performance while balancing strategic priorities with operational excellence;\n\nLead and manage the reception team, ensuring a professional, welcoming and consistent front-of-house experience across all offices.\n\nRequirements\nYour profile\nYou think like an entrepreneur. You enjoy building, improving and taking ownership. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and know how to bring people together to achieve ambitious goals.
