As an M&A Senior Associate you can broadly expect the following:\nLeading deal workstreams end-to-end, from origination to closing;\n\nOriginating new opportunities and building lasting client relationships with buyers and sellers;\n\nOverseeing company and market analysis, valuations and bid books produced by the team;\n\nExpanding and maintaining the Marktlink network in France and across Europe;\n\nStructuring financing applications and resolving financing issues;\n\nManaging and coaching Analysts on live projects.\n\nRequirements\nYour profile\nYou are sharp, accurate, result-oriented, think on your feet and like to get things done. Furthermore, we expect you to deliver the following experience and competencies:\nThe dynamic world of mergers and acquisitions is familiar to you.
