As an M&A Senior Associate, you can broadly expect the following:\nPerforming company and market analysis;\n\nPreparing valuations and bid books;\n\nMeeting potential buyers and sellers;\n\nApproaching new buyers and sellers;\n\nExpanding and maintaining the (Marktlink) network;\n\nPreparing financing applications and solving financing issues;\n\nProviding broad support to the manager during the projects.\n\nRequirements\nYour profile\nYou are sharp, accurate, result-oriented, think on your feet and like to get things done. Furthermore, we expect you to deliver the following experience and competencies:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Finance or a higher professional education degree combined with a finance-oriented Masters;\n\nThe dynamic world of mergers and acquisitions is familiar to you.
