You challenge assumptions, think ahead and proactively identify opportunities to build what’s next for our organization.\nYour responsibilities\nConduct strategic analyses that directly support the Strategic Plan and growth decisions such as new markets, labels and international expansion;\n\nTranslate complex data and strategies into clear insights and compelling presentations for partners and management;\n\nAdvise and challenge the CFO, Managing Partners and Management Team on strategic priorities and positioning;\n\nPrepare partner meetings and MT sessions where strategy, performance and ambitions are discussed;\n\nAct as sparring partner to the CFO by shaping analyses, scenarios and strategic storylines;\n\nBenchmark competitors, consultancies and market developments to identify opportunities and risks;\n\nSupport investment decisions and long-term growth initiatives;\n\nContribute to building a strong internal strategic narrative across the organization.\n\nRequirements\nYour profile\n2-5 years of experience at a top strategy consulting firm or in-house strategy role within an international organization;\n\nWO level of thinking and working;\n\nExcellent analytical and conceptual skills;\n\nStrong storytelling and presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint;\n\nProactive and comfortable challenging the status quo;\n\nAble to translate complex topics into clear and structured insights;\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leadership;\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;\n\nFluent in English, Dutch is a plus.\n\nWhy us?\nAt Marktlink, we’re not just dealmakers, we’re future-shapers.
