high-quality solutions.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.\nParticipate in architectural design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making\nOptimize application performance, scalability, and security\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues\nEnsure proper documentation of solutions, processes, and systems\nAs part of a Scrum Team, deliver high quality, done work, which is Production ready at the end of each Sprint\n\nSkills and Experience:\nUniversity degree in Computer Science or related discipline.\nProficiency in .NET (any recent version) this is non-negotiable.\nBlazor experience .NET Blazor (ideally .NET 10) is a strong differentiator.\nFrontend development comfort working with component-based UI frameworks\nHIPAA training / awareness willingness to complete required compliance training\nAI-assisted development comfort using tools like Microsoft Copilot or Cursor or similar tools for code exploration and productivity.\nExperience with .Net \\ .Net Core, C# and the Microsoft stack of technologies.\nDatabase / Microsoft SQL Server experience is a must.\nExperience with RESTful web services a plus.\nDemonstrated logical and technical problem-solving skills\nDemonstrated ability to learn and quickly comprehend new concepts\nDemonstrated strong judgment and
