# Permitting Coordinator

Marlborough Highways have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Permitting Coordinator to join a growing business within a busy department at our Garman Road depot in Tottenham. Within this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring our projects are fully compliant with all relevant permitting requirements. You’ll be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining permits through to completion; enabling works to progress safely, legally, and in line with project schedules. Key Responsibilities Managing and tracking permit applications to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines Raising, coordinating, and closing works notices in a timely and accurate manner Monitoring permit durations, ensuring works remain on schedule and arranging extensions where required Liaising closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to coordinate and manage road space bookings effectively Maintaining accurate permitting records and trackers using Excel and Microsoft Teams Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Local Authorities and other key stakeholders Co-ordinate with 3rd parties regarding; bus stop suspensions, parking suspen
