We are open to exploring both full time and part time options for the right candidate.\nThe Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting training and competency requirements across the business, ensuring employees and subcontractors have the appropriate qualifications, certifications and skills required for their roles.\n\nThe role maintains accurate training records, monitors certification expiry dates, identifies compliance and skills gaps, and coordinates both internal and external training to ensure requirements are addressed proactively.
