Обязанности:

  • Изучение и анализ земельного и градостроительного законодательства;
  • Составление соглашений и договоров в отношении имущества;
  • Сопровождение сделок и строительных проектов;
  • Взаимодействие со смежными отделами в рамках функциональных обязанностей.
Требования:
  • Высшее юридическое образование;
  • Профессиональные навыки в работе с программой Консультант, публичной кадастровой картой;
  • Хорошее владение Exel;
  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь;

  • Вашим преимуществом будут знания и опыт в области земельного и градостроительного законодательства.

Условия:

  • Оформление по ТК РФ;

  • График работы 5/2 с 9.00 до 18:00;

  • Дополнительные выплаты (вступление в брак, рождение ребенка и т.д.);
  • Сильная команда и доброжелательная рабочая атмосфера.
