journey.\nResponsabilidades\nFinancial reporting, tax and statutory complianceOwn the preparation, review and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.\nLead the consolidation and reconciliation of multiple books across all Entirely entities, ensuring intercompany balances, reporting packages and entity-level data are complete, accurate and aligned for group reporting.\nCoordinate local accounting partners and regional teams to deliver complete, consistent and accurate reporting across all entities.\nOversee timely and accurate VAT, tax and statutory filings, including the coordination of supporting documentation and responses to authorities.\nDrive a clear group reporting calendar, close process and quality-control routines.\nAccounting operations and controlsLead global accounting operations covering general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and fixed assets.\nDesign, document and implement standard operating procedures that improve efficiency, accountability and scalability.\nEstablish, operate and continuously strengthen internal controls across the accounting cycle.\nIdentify process risks and implement practical improvements that increase data quality and reduce manual effort.\nAudit, governance and risk managementCoordinate annual audits and act as a trusted counterpart to external auditors, advisors and local finance partners.\nEnsure ongoing compliance with applicable local, national and international accounting requirements.\nMaintain and monitor accounting policies, control documentation and evidence of compliance.\nProvide clear escalation, resolution and follow-through on accounting and reporting issues.\nFinancial systems, post-implementation optimisation and automationOwn the maintenance and continuous improvement of accounting systems and related finance tools.\nLead initiatives to integrate and automate accounting processes, improve data flows and reduce reconciliation effort.\nStandardise master data, processes and controls to maintain the ERP data integrity.\nEnsure finance systems provide accurate, timely and decision-useful information to the business.\nCash management and strategic partnershipOwn short- and medium-term liquidity planning across the Entirely entities and Group, working closely with the CFO and relevant stakeholders.\nProvide reliable cash-flow visibility and highlight risks, opportunities and required actions early.\nPartner with the CFO and senior executives on financial planning, decision-making and operational efficiency.\nContribute to the development and execution of the Group’s financial strategy.\n Leadership and team developmentLead, mentor and develop a high-performing global accounting team.\nFoster a collaborative, accountable and service-oriented culture across internal and external finance partners.\nEnsure the team has the skills, capacity, tools and support required to meet the organisation’s needs.\nBuild effective ways of working across locations, entities and implementation partners.\n Requisitos\nSeveral years of experience in senior accounting leadership, group accounting or a comparable international finance role.\nDegree or equivalent qualification in accounting, finance, business administration or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification is advantageous.\nStrong technical knowledge of HGB and IFRS, including consolidation and group reporting.\nDemonstrated experience consolidating and reconciling multiple books across all entities, including intercompany transactions, balance-sheet reconciliations and investigation of variances.\nProven experience with VAT, tax coordination, statutory reporting and external audits across multiple entities or jurisdictions.\nHands-on expertise across general ledger, month-end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets and internal controls.\nExperience standardising accounting processes, writing Standard Operating Processes and embedding effective control frameworks.\nProven experience managing post-implementation ERP activities, including stabilisation, process optimisation, user support, controls, data quality and continuous improvement.\nStrong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning and cash-flow visibility.\nConfident people leader with experience developing teams across international locations and working effectively with external partners.\nAnalytical, structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance accuracy, pace and practical business needs.\nClear communicator who can explain complex accounting topics to non-finance stakeholders and influence senior decision-makers.\nHigh level of integrity,
