resolve critical incidents and monitor customer environments to ensure maximum uptime.\nRequisitos\nYou have 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a cloud operations role, with a strong focus on AWS infrastructure and automation.\nYou have expertise in AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda and CloudWatch.\nYou have advanced proficiency with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible and Jenkins to streamline and optimise workflows.\nYou have deep expertise with observability tools, including Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.\nYou have hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/NKP) and related tools like Helm and Istio for managing containerised environments.\nYou have strong
