You will also support analytics use cases across Entirely, including connections with products such as Marmind, while keeping Facelift customers and products at the centre of the role. \nResponsabilidades\nProduct Strategy and Roadmap:Define and evolve the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for Facelift Analyze and Facelift Data Studio. Use customer, product, commercial, and technical evidence to make clear priorities.\nCustomer Research and Prioritisation:Talk to customers, study their workflows, and use product data to understand how marketing and communication teams measure performance, report results, and decide what to do next.\nTrusted Analytics:Improve data quality, metric clarity, and reporting continuity as social networks change their metrics, permissions, and APIs.\nUseful Analytics Experiences:Work with engineering, design, and data science to build dashboards, reports, benchmarks, and visualisations that make complex information easy to understand and act on.\nAdoption and Outcomes:Define product measures, improve repeated use, and review whether released work creates customer and business value. Change course when the evidence says we should.\nAPIs, BI, and Integrations:Shape how customers use Facelift analytics in reporting tools, data environments, and connected workflows beyond the Facelift interface.\nSupport for Entirely:Help validate and support analytics use cases across Entirely, including relevant connections with Marmind and other products, while retaining ownership of the Facelift Analytics portfolio.\nAI-Augmented Insights:Explore where AI and machine learning can make analytics more useful, for example through summaries, recommendations, anomaly detection, or predictive insight. Start with real customer problems, not the technology.\nCross-Functional Leadership:Align engineering, design, data science, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around clear problems, goals, launches, and learning.\nRequisitos\nIn your first months, you will build a shared view of the most important customer problems, product health, usage, commercial evidence, and technical risks.
