This position requires someone willing to learn a new trade through on-the-job training. We also have roles for more experienced painters that have a working knowledge of blast,paintand spray foam insulation.\nJob Requirements:\nAble to clean grease, dirt, rust, old paint from equipment using solvent, water, rags, brushes, pneumatic wirebrushand chipping hammer.\n\nKnowledgeable in the use of painting/blasting tools not limited topaintguns, sandingtoolsand material blasters, grinding tools, etc.\n\nMix and apply uniform paint coatings according to customer and industry specifications.\n\nPrepares equipment for painting and blasting restoration, tapes and mask equipment, mixes paint and color matches.\n\nInspects finished product for overall quality andfollowestablished safety procedures.\n\nAbility to work around chemicals and fumes common to paint and body repair.\n\nLift up to 50 pounds as needed and perform tasks that require climbing and balancing on ladders and platforms.\n\nAble to pass drug screen and physical.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nTransco strives to be the Employer of Choice.
