We are a proud part of Marmon Aerospace and Defense Group, a Berkshire Hathaway Company.The Fiber Optic Trainer is responsible for delivering performance-based instruction in fiber optic and copper technologies, including connectors, cabling, tooling, inspection, and test equipment. This role requires maintaining proficiency in current industry standards and obtaining NAVSEA Fiber Optic Certification per NAVSEA Drawing 8477552.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstruction & Course Delivery\nDeliver NAVSEA-certified training in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 8477552\nTeach a variety of fiber optic courses across commercial, military, and aviation disciplines\nInstruct copper cabling courses as needed\nEnsure students have appropriate tools, materials, and equipment for hands-on training\nMaintain a safe, organized, and effective learning environment\nClassroom & Equipment Management\nInventory and organize classroom tooling before and after each class\nIdentify and report discrepancies;
