Records and evaluates continuous improvement project results. Tracks improvement performance and cost reductions against targets. May work closely with production management and process control team.\nSupports our commitment to safe workplace and champions communication via meetings and trainings with out plant\nResponsibilities:\nManges and finds Continuous Improvement opportunities to facilitate quarterly Kaizen events. Manages training, and implementation and tracking of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and tracks Lean events and progress metrics.\nAssist with the implementation of improvements together with production staff to meet customer demand.\nDoes weekly crossover meetings managing with team topics, best practices, acts as an ambassador of change with new process. Supports those who are on varity of shifts via team Leads to ensure all here these weekly messages on a consistent basic. Drives this initiative\nInvolved with the implementation and monitoring of the benchmarks related to lean manufacturing.\nWill train and educate employees in all aspects of lean manufacturing does the LEAN onboarding training with new hires.\nMay assist Managers to ensure that implemented lean processes are being followed.\nKnowledge of Inventory Management and ad-hoc assignments\nWorks with the Safety Committee and supports KPA ( our safety training) administration with reporting and data analytics\nQualifications Required:\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is required, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is a plus.
