This role combines technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and process ownership to ensure data integrity, support scalable governance, and enable business-critical operations.\nThis position extends beyond transactional maintenance, requiring the use of AI, automation, and advanced data tools to enhance quality, streamline workflows, and establish a sustainable end-to-end governance model. The role partners across supply chain, commercial, finance, and engineering teams to standardize processes, strengthen data integrity, and support multi-site operations.\nCore Responsibilities\nMaster Data Management & Technical Execution\nOwn end-to-end creation and maintenance of master data within Infor LN and integrated systems (E-commerce, MES, PIM, TMS, Aftermarket)\n\nPerform data analysis and troubleshooting to validate completeness, accuracy and system readiness\n\nExecute and enforce Master Data & System Management (MDSM) standards, policies and controls\n\nData Governance & Quality Management\nDistribute quarterly governance reporting to stakeholders and update system accordingly\n\nDrive continuous improvement to enable sustainable, cross-functional data ownership and synchronization of data across enterprise\n\nDevelop dashboards and data models to monitor data quality KPIs\n\nProcess Improvement & Automation Enablement\nRefine and standardize workflows for master data intake, validation and maintenance\n\nLeverage AI-enabled tools to detect quality issues, automate validation processes and accelerate analysis\n\nBuild repeatable, scalable solutions to reduce manual data entry across applications and support governance frameworks\n\nParticipate in onboarding and data harmonization of new enterprise applications\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Support\nServe as liaison between business functions on data governance\n\nParticipate in system implementations, testing, training, Go-Live and HyperCare activities\n\nCommunicate data standards and changes effectively across stakeholders\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field\n\n2+ years of related experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Analysis\n\nFamiliarity with governance frameworks and audit/compliance controls\n\nThorough systems expertise in ERP applications, preferably Infor LN.
