This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with advanced automation systems, and contributing to the successful launch of new equipment and processes.Essential Responsibilities\nSupport the installation, startup, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and automated systems.\nInstall, maintain, and modify PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, motion control, and industrial network systems.\nDiagnose equipment failures using electrical drawings, software tools, and test instruments.\nAssist in equipment upgrades, process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives.\nInstall and terminate motors, sensors, instrumentation, control panels, and field devices.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, ladder logic, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.\nCoordinate with equipment vendors and contractors during installations and major repairs.\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related field; equivalent military or industry experience may be considered.\nMinimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and automation systems.\nExperience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar.\nKnowledge of HMIs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo systems, and industrial controls.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to work in manufacturing environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment.\nAbility to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms when required.\nPay Range:\n65,600.00 - 98,400.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!\nFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processesas permitted or required by applicable law.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
