Qualifications\nExperience in financial analysis, business analysis, operational reporting, or a related analytical role.\nDemonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, investigate variances, and communicate findings accurately.\nExperience preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.\nExperience developing, maintaining, or supporting Power BI dashboards and reports.\nAbility to extract, manipulate, validate, and report data from business systems; experience with ServiceChannel is preferred.\nProficiency in preparing PowerPoint presentations for management reporting and business reviews.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.\nDemonstrated sense of urgency and commitment to delivering accurate, timely reporting.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn data into practical business insights.\nAbility to work onsite at the Deerfield office four days per week, with one remote workday.\n5.
