This roleis responsible forthe administration, security, availability, and performance of servers, networks, cloud platforms, end-user systems, and business-critical applications.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInfrastructure & Systems Administration\nAdminister andmaintainWindows server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup systems\n\nManage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, print services, and identity management\n\nSupport Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID\n\nMonitor system health, capacity, performance, and uptime across all environments\n\nPerform server patching, upgrades, lifecycle management, and system hardening\n\nNetwork Administration\nSupport LAN/WAN connectivity across manufacturing and office locations\n\nConfigure andmaintainfirewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, VPN, and remote access solutions\n\nTroubleshoot network performance issuesimpactingproduction or business operations\n\nMaintain network documentation, diagrams, and standards\n\nCybersecurity & Compliance\nImplement security best practices, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, and MFA policies\n\nMonitor logs, alerts, and security events\n\nSupport cybersecurity audits, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning\n\nEnsure systemscomply withcorporate security standards and industry best practices\n\nManufacturing Systems Support\nSupport ERP, MES, barcode scanning, label printing, shop floor PCs, handheld devices, and industrial workstations\n\nPartner with operations teams to minimize downtime related to technology issues\n\nSupport integrations between business applications, production equipment, and reporting platforms\n\nEnd User Support\nThis is a hands-on roll.
