This role is responsible for coordinating due diligence, integration planning, governance, and post-close activities to ensure successful execution and alignment across cross-functional teams.\nResponsibilities\nLead due diligence and integration project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external advisors throughout diligence and integration activities.\nManage project schedules, risk logs, issue tracking, action items, and executive status reporting.\nDevelop and drive Day 1, Day 30, and Day 90 integration readiness plans.\nMonitor integration progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues when needed.\nFacilitate workstream meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive updates.\nTrack integration budgets and project expenditures.\nPartner with business leaders to support organizational readiness, communication, and operational transitions.\nMaintain governance processes, templates, and documentation standards.\nSupport enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives and strategic projects as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required.\n5+ years of program or project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.\nExperience supporting M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, business transformation, or consulting engagements required.\nStrong project management skills, including scheduling, risk management, budget tracking, and executive reporting.\nProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability in a matrixed environment.\nExperience working with global teams and geographically dispersed stakeholders.\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in a regulated industry preferred.\nExperience supporting enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, QMS, etc.) preferred.\nExperience with cross-border integrations or European operations preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.\nFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processesas permitted or required by applicable law.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
