This is a varied, hands-on role connecting operational leaders, site teams, customers and support functions to ensure workforce planning, mobilisation, compliance, administration and billing requirements are completed accurately and on time.This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving operational environment, can confidently manage competing priorities, and takes pride in making sure the details are right.\nWhat you'll be doing\nCoordinate operations. Coordinate daily labour, equipment and resource requirements to support safe and efficient service delivery.\nPlan ahead. Support workforce planning, personnel scheduling, fleet requirements, shutdowns, maintenance activities and project mobilisation.\nMobilise people. Coordinate employee mobilisation, including flights, accommodation, travel, site access, inductions and pre-mobilisation requirements.\nKeep compliance current. Maintain accurate records for licences, VOCs, competencies, medicals, onboarding and training matrices.\nSupport billing and payroll. Prepare and process timesheets, payroll information, customer invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation.\nKeep stakeholders informed. Provide clear operational updates, respond to customer enquiries and escalate risks before they affect service delivery.\nOwn the detail. Maintain operational reports, document control and administrative processes in an accurate and audit-ready manner.\nPut safety first.
