We’recommitted to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone’sempowered to be their best.\nThe Product Engineer is to provide engineering design support, manufacturing and Lean support, and technical support for internal personnel and external customers.\nEssential Functions\nResponsible for the design, solid modeling, drafting, and support of new concepts and products, including Air Disc Brake Calipers, Rotors, Hubs, and Brake Drums.\nResponsible for Engineering Change Order including their creation and approvalIdentify and implement solutions for issues relating to Lean, safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction as they relate the design and function of the Webb AFM products and facilities.\nWork with Manufacturing and Quality to test and evaluate products as required to aid delivery or support customer service initiatives.\nAssist in warranty analysis and disposition to customers.\nAssist in data analysis from Fleet Testing, Data Acquisition Testing, and Dynamometer testing.\nResponsible for supplying technical support to customers and fleets in need of product and application information.Communications will be made via telephone, email, and customer/fleet visits.\nRequired to travel (Share specialized knowledge with others.Represent the Company on specific projects and participate of project teams as needed.\nConduct product training (in-person and digital) for Webb customers, end-users, employees, and sales personnel.\nAid in updating and maintaining bills of materials and Item Master information in MAS.\nAssist in maintaining product information such as weight reports and pattern wear reports.\nAssist in the development of New Product Bulletins, Service Bulletins and any other advertising or product training information.\nAssist in other specialized training projects as required.\nOther duties as assigned.\nPosition Qualifications\nSolid-modeling and drafting experience required (SolidWorks preferred).\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nExcellent presentation skills.\nStrong typing/computer skills including MS Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat.\nGood interpersonal skills and a team player.\nSound problem-solving skills and detail oriented.\nMust possess strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use basic measuring tools, and hands-on capabilities to work on projects without supervision\nExperience\nMinimum 4-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering required (Mechanical Engineering preferred)\n1-5 years of automotive or manufacturing engineering experience preferred.\nThe Perks & Payoff!\nThe best part?
