This position supports production operations by ensuring parts meet quality requirements and production schedules.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nOperate robotic welding equipment according to established work instructions.\nLoad and unload components into welding fixtures based on production schedule.\nPerform basic grinding, deburring, and finishing operations on welded components.\nUse saws, cut-off wheels, and other approved equipment to cut materials as directed.\nConduct visual inspections of parts to verify basic quality standards.\nRead and follow work orders, blueprints, and production documentation.\nUse common hand and power tools safely and effectively.\nMeasure parts using tape measures, calipers, and other basic inspection tools.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures.\nAssist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n1-3 years of manufacturing, welding, or fabrication experience preferred.\nExperience using hand and power tools.\nAbility to read basic blueprints and work instructions.\nAbility to perform grinding and material-cutting operations.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience operating robotic welding equipment.\nBasic welding knowledge.\nExperience working in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.\nPay Range:\n22.05 - 26.95We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!\nFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processesas permitted or required by applicable law.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
