Job Scope The Senior Project Manager (SPM) independently plans, manages, and executes multiple complex New Product Introduction (NPI) projects simultaneously. This role leads cross-functional Product Development Teams (PDTs) from project initiation through implementation, ensuring objectives for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk are achieved. The SPM partners with Program Management, Product Management, functional leaders, and other stakeholders to align projects with portfolio goals and product requirements.
