Join us and make a meaningful impact while building connections with colleagues who share your dedication and enthusiasm.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs Training and Development Coordinator, you will design, deliver, and administer the training programs that keep Cerro Flow's workforce safe, capable, and compliant. You will own the training calendar across the Sauget facility, from new hire onboarding through skilled trades development and regulatory compliance training.\nDesign, develop, and deliver training programs for hourly and salaried employees across operations, quality, and administrative functions.\nFacilitate new hire orientation and onboarding, coordinating across departments to ensure a consistent experience.\nDevelop training content, job aids, and standard work documentation in partnership with subject matter experts.\nEvaluate training effectiveness and revise content based on results and feedback.\nMaintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and Company requirements.\nTrack completion of required safety, quality, and compliance training; escalate gaps to leadership.\nPrepare training reports and metrics for plant and Company leadership.\nSupport audit readiness with complete and retrievable training documentation.\nPartner with leadership to identify skill gaps and build development plans that address them.\nCoordinate skilled trades, cross-training, and career progression programs.\nAdminister tuition reimbursement and external training requests.\nSupport performance management and succession planning processes with development resources.\nManage the training calendar, scheduling, facilities, materials, and vendor relationships.\nAdminister the learning management system, including course assignment and reporting.\nCoordinate external trainers and instructional vendors.\nExercise independent judgment in training program design, content, delivery method, and vendor selection.\nDetermine priorities across competing training demands in support of operational and compliance objectives.\nWhat You’ll Need\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.\nThree or more years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related human resources function.\nExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated facilitation and presentation skills with both hourly and salaried audiences.\nExperience administering a learning management system.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in recordkeeping.\nProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.\nRegular time on the manufacturing floor, including exposure to plant conditions and adherence to all required personal protective equipment.\nLight lifting of training materials, equipment, or supplies.\nFlexibility to deliver training across shifts as needed.\nOnsite presence at the Sauget, Illinois facility.\nWhat You’ll Gain\nCompetitive salaried compensation\nComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage)\n401(k) with company matching\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) - Confidential support for personal and professional challenges\nTuition Reimbursement - Invest in your education and career growth\nExclusive Company Discounts - Savings on products and services\nLeadership development and career growth opportunities\nThe ability to make a direct impact on safety, customer satisfaction, and operational performance\nA collaborative, results-driven work environment\nPay Range:\n52,800.00 - 79,200.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!\nFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processesas permitted or required by applicable law.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
