This role will lead a small IT team while remaining actively involved in the administration and support of the company’s IT environment.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft technologies, network infrastructure, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and cloud-based identity and device management. The IT Manager will also play a key role in technology planning, project management, and continuous improvement of the organization’s IT operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the day-to-day operations of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user technology.\nLead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a small IT team.\nAdminister and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Windows Server 2008 and newer versions.\nManage Microsoft Entra ID, including user accounts, authentication, access controls, and identity security.\nAdminister Microsoft Intune for device management, configuration, compliance, and endpoint security.\nManage Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and related technologies.\nManage and monitor Microsoft Defender and other endpoint security solutions.\nEstablish and maintain IT security best practices, including access controls, patch management, endpoint protection, authentication, and data protection.\nMonitor systems, networks, and security alerts and resolve issues proactively.\nOversee backup, disaster recovery, patching, and business continuity processes.\nManage IT hardware, software, licensing, and technology assets.\nTroubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues and provide hands-on support when needed.\nMaintain accurate IT documentation, procedures, network diagrams, and system records.\nLead IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.\nAssist with IT budgeting, technology planning, procurement, and vendor management.\nEvaluate new technologies and make recommendations that improve security, efficiency, reliability, and user experience.\nEnsure IT operations comply with organizational policies and applicable security and compliance requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of progressive IT experience, including responsibility for infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity and IT security best practices.\nDemonstrated experience managing, mentoring, or providing leadership to a small IT team.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, projects, and competing business needs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft certifications related to Azure, Intune, Endpoint Administration, or Microsoft 365.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.\nExperience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and security awareness programs.\nExperience developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.\nExperience with IT service management, ticketing, and asset management systems.\nCore Competencies\nIT Infrastructure & Systems Management\nWindows Server Administration\nNetwork Administration & Cisco Meraki\nMicrosoft Intune & Entra ID\nEndpoint Security & Microsoft Defender\nCybersecurity & Risk Management\nTeam Leadership & Development\nProject & Vendor Management\nTechnical Troubleshooting\nIT Planning & Continuous Improvement\nFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processesas permitted or required by applicable law.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
