We’recommitted to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone’sempowered to be their best.\nOverview: In this role, you will support daily production operations by coordinating workflow, training and assisting employees, and serving as a liaison between production employees and the Shift Supervisor.Key Responsibilities\nCoordinate employee assignments to support production needs and workflow.\nTrain new Machine Operators and provide ongoing guidance and support to production employees.\nAssist employees with work instructions, change instructions, and established operating procedures.\nSupport the implementation and consistent application of standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nMonitor production activities to promote efficiency and minimize non-maintenance downtime.\nEnsure production work meets established quality standards.\nVerify required production information is accurately recorded and reported.\nMonitor employee compliance with required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures.\nLead and support 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.\nHelp develop operator capability and flexibility through training and cross-training.\nServe as a liaison between production employees and the Shift Supervisor, communicating operational needs, concerns, and issues as appropriate.\nModel professional communication, teamwork, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures.\nAssist the Shift Supervisor with production-related responsibilities as needed.\nPerform Machine Operator responsibilities and provide production coverage as needed.\nOther duties as assigned.\nCore Competencies\nLeadership skills with the ability to provide direction, training, and support to others.\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAttention to detail with a commitment to quality and workplace safety.\nDependability with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferred.\nMachine Operator experience or demonstrated production operations knowledge preferred.\nAbility to train, provide work direction, and communicate effectively with the production team.\nAbility to read and follow work instructions, production documentation, and established procedures.\nAbility to operate production equipment and meet the physical requirements of the position.\nSchedule\nThird Shift: 11:50 PM - 8:00 AM (Overtime/weekend work may be required)\nFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processesas permitted or required by applicable law.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
