With operations across Australia, Freo Group provides the opportunity to grow your career while contributing to some of the nation’s most significant projects.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nFreo Group is seeking an organised, proactive and customer focused Operations Coordinator to support our Newman operations.\nThis is a unique opportunity to combine office-based operational planning with onsite coordination, working closely with our Superintendent, Supervisors and operational teams to ensure the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of crane and lifting services.\nWorking a 2:1 off roster, you'll become an integral part of both our operational and leadership teams.\nWhat you’ll bring to the team:\nWe're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys solving problems before they become issues.\nYou'll ideally bring:\nExperience in operations coordination, mobilisation, workforce planning and administration\n\nStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail\n\nThe ability to manage multiple competing priorities\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills\n\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills\n\nA pro-active, solutions-focused approach\n\nExperience within mining, maintenance, industrial services, cranes, logistics or construction (highly regarded)\n\nExperience with mobilisation systems, payroll, invoicing or procurement will be highly regarded.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nNo two days are the same.
