This creates an engaging, vibrant workplace where problem-solving, continuous learning, and ownership are part of every day.\nSUMMARY: Directs the day-to-day functions of Powerex Manufacturing Operations by supervising, directing, and motivating staff. Organizing and monitoring workflow to ensure all efficiency and quality goals have been met.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage, motivate, and develop production employees to meet operational and quality objectives\nPlan, schedule, and assign work to meet production goals and delivery commitments\nLead and develop production teams in a custom, build-to-order environment where product configurations change frequently\nOversee daily assembly cell operations, coordinating resources to meet unique project requirements and tight customer timelines\nEnforce quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures\nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment\nRecruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees, including performance management and corrective action when necessary\nIdentify and resolve production issues, personnel concerns, and process inefficiencies\nReview and propose corrections to manufacturing routers, bills of material, and assembly drawings as needed\nDrive cost improvement initiatives and continuous process improvements\nCollaborate closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and other departments to support company objectives\nOther duties can be assigned as needed\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or associate’s degree in Operations, Management, or a related field preferred, relevant supervisory and technical experience required in a manufacturing environment\nAbility to lead and motivate teams of up to 30 employees\nStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills\nKnowledge of manufacturing concepts and production workflows\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team\nWillingness to work additional hours, including Saturdays\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nSplit time between manufacturing floor and office environment\nRegular use of hands, tools, and equipment; occasional standing, walking, stooping, crouching, or kneeling\nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally\nFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processesas permitted or required by applicable law.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
