We’recommitted to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone’sempowered to be their best.\nContinuous Improvement Responsibilities:\nTimely NCR Root Cause Verification with Corrective and Preventative Actions.\nCAR Team Participation - For Process Related Root Cause Verification, Correction and Prevention.\nAssist in ongoing training as it relates to CAR corrective and preventative actions, process enhancements, and system improvements that occur from time to time.\nAssist the Operations Manager in directives outlined by him/her for improving the plant, including, but not limited to:\nQOS Corrective actions for poor monthly performance or trends.\nProcess audits to assure correct regrind percentage, cell setup, and processing parameters are in line with the PPAP process.\nProcess Interruption Improvements - First Run to Last Run without unintended interruptions.\nOverall Scrap Reduction - Real Time Scrap, Inventory Scrap and Part Per Carton Accuracy.\nUnscheduled Downtime Improvements\nWorking with Maintenance to help diagnose process/equipment related issues. \nProcess Development Responsibilities:\nPerform new process development, including, but not limited to the following:\nAPQP Participation\nMolding Process Setup (In Mold Rheology, 95% fill at transfer, etc.)\nCompleting MRR process for feedback to APQP Leader/Team.\nRobot Programming and Modification\nCell setup (Tooling, Material Drying, Hot Runner, TCU, etc.)\nNew and Transfer Tools Sampling\nProduction Readiness Tasks (including Job Books and Tooling PM Files setup). \nSamples for Corporate Quality to Develop Inspection Instruction Standard\nCompletion of Post Processing Standards Form \nTravel as related to Transfer Tool Package fact finding missions, prior to final quote and transfer. \nAssist in Preliminary and Final Tooling review and signoff process. \nChampion of the development and/or improvement of product specific end of arm tooling or fixtures. \nChampion of the packaging design, trial, and testing when required by the customer plant. First three Production Run Support:\nAssistance in Initial Robotic/Work Cell Setup\nTraining\nMonitoring/Auditing Process\nAnalyze Run Performance\nFeedback to APQP Team, Using Plant Operations Manager, and VP of Operations\nMaintain Project Management System for items related to Process Development. \nAssist in Gage R&R and Cpk Studies for new and transfer program. \nAssist in training production personnel on new launches, product types, technology, introduced into PRISM’s system. \nDevelop and/or update the Job Instructions (Job Books) during the development and managing change processes.\nSecondary Responsibilities: Attend offsite functional samples as requested by Engineering. Assist as outlined by your immediate Supervisor for the good of PRISM.
