Key responsibility is supporting production control and inventory control activities in manufacturing operations, working as part of a cross functional team including manufacturing, planning, purchasing, quality, and inventory control.Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:\nPerform daily cycle counting\nAssist with research and resolving inventory variances for assigned areas\nFlush count and consolidate inventory to improve storage efficiency\nPick parts for work orders.\nRequest, prepare, track and stage materials to be transferred between plants.\nComplete paperwork for tracking of material movement\nUse the ADC scanner or computer for tracking of material movement.\nStage materials to be shipped to or received from Subcontract operations.\nOperate a scale, scanner, box stapler, heat sealer, tape gun, pallet strapper, and pallet wrapper.\nOperate mechanized material handling equipment to include forklifts, pallet jackets.\nPrint and assemble work order packets per the master production schedule.\nAdjust work order quantities, operations and sequences as directed.\nReprint and replace updated in-process work orders.\nTrack completed work orders into inventory and staging for put-a-way.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently\nMust be able to obtain a forklift license.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nAbility to learn and use a computer based MRP/ERP system. \n3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to work independently\nMust be able to obtain a forklift license.\nPhysical Demands:\nAbility to work in and around a manufacturing environment and have no restrictions on wearing safety footwear and protective eyewear.\nAble to lift up to 40 lbs.\nPay Range:\n19.80 - 24.20We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!\nFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processesas permitted or required by applicable law.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
