This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 4 qualification in Quality Management.\nYou will support the organisation in maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across business operations. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop practical skills in auditing, data analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance.\nThe apprenticeship will start in November 2026, with in-house on-the-job training being carried out prior to the apprenticeship starting.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)\nAssist with internal audits and compliance checks\nMonitor quality performance indicators and produce reports\nInvestigate quality issues and support root cause analysis activities\nHelp implement corrective and preventive actions\nMaintain accurate quality documentation and records\nWork with teams across the business to improve processes and reduce waste\nSupport continuous improvement projects and customer quality requirements\nEnsure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills\nGood communication and teamwork abilities\nInterest in quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement\nProblem-solving mindset with analytical thinking skills\nCompetent IT skills, including Microsoft Office\nWillingness to learn and develop professionally\nEntry Requirements\nGCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above\nA Levels, Level 3 qualification, or relevant
