This role will drive infrastructure modernization, improve operational efficiency, and support secure, scalable, and reliable IT services.Key Responsibilities\nAutomation & Service Delivery\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline IT operational processes.\nDevelop PowerShell scripts for automation, provisioning, reporting, remediation, and administration activities.\nAutomate server provisioning, deployment, patching, and lifecycle management activities.\nIntegrate infrastructure automation with Service Desk and request fulfillment platforms.\nReduce manual effort through process automation and continuous service improvement initiatives.\nInfrastructure & Virtualization\nDesign, deploy, maintain, and optimize VMware vSphere environments including ESXi hosts, vCenter, clusters, templates, and virtual machine lifecycle management.\nCreate and maintain standardized templates for efficient server provisioning.\nAdminister enterprise Windows Server environments.\nPerform infrastructure performance monitoring, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.\nSupport enterprise virtualization and modernization initiatives.\nCloud & Hybrid Infrastructure\nDesign, deploy, and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure services.\nProvision and manage Azure virtual machines, networking, storage, and governance controls.\nAdminister Azure subscriptions, RBAC, and resource management.\nSupport Azure Arc-enabled server management and hybrid cloud solutions.\nParticipate in cloud migration and modernization projects.\nIdentity & Platform Administration\nAdminister Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services.\nManage identity and access controls in alignment with security standards.\nSupport infrastructure security and compliance initiatives.\nMaintain operational documentation, standards, and procedures.\nStorage, Backup & Disaster Recovery\nSupport enterprise storage platforms including NetApp.\nAdminister Data Domain and backup infrastructure environments.\nSupport Veeam Backup & Recovery solutions.\nParticipate in disaster recovery testing and business continuity initiatives.\nAssist with storage capacity planning and backup optimization activities.\nSecurity & Compliance\nSupport Microsoft Defender technologies including Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Cloud.\nAssist with vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening activities.\nInvestigate infrastructure-related security alerts and coordinate remediation efforts.\nEnsure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.\nOperational Excellence\nParticipate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.\nSupport continuous improvement and infrastructure modernization initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\n6+ years of enterprise infrastructure engineering or systems administration experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.\nStrong Microsoft Azure administration experience.\nStrong Windows Server administration experience.\nAdvanced Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration skills.\nAdvanced PowerShell scripting experience.\nHands-on Power Automate development experience.\nExperience with SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager.\nExperience automating infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with NetApp storage platforms.\nExperience with Data Domain backup
