The role is to execute the engineering activities such as detailed design, design calculations, Tolerance stack ups, manufacturing drawings, FEA simulations. The selected candidate will be responsible for quality of deliverables and for managing time and cost of all the projects executed.\nThe role requires close collaboration with global business units, product management, simulation, validation, manufacturing, quality, procurement, suppliers, and customers. The Lead Engineer will drive innovative and cost-effective solutions through NPD-Product STD, design reviews, root-cause analysis, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.\nMandatory Skills\nMechanical Product Design (Water Treatment Equipment)\n· Experience in Mechanical product design at system or sub-system level in the Water treatment equipment industry\n· Ability to plan, co-ordinate and execute tasks (new development, product improvement, basics of cost estimating, BOM management, value engineering, analysis, etc.)\n· Expertise in SolidWorks software.
