Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality.Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training or development as needed. Oversee routine cleaning, basic maintenance of equipment, and organization of materials and inventory.\nResponsibility and Authority\nReports to: Operations Manager.\nSupervises: Production floor employees.\nAuthority: Enforce discipline, assign tasks, and ensure policy compliance.\nCollaborates with: Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Departments.\nInterface:Operators, Production, and Management.\nII . Workplace Conditions\nTools and Equipment: Hand tools, personal computers, and various production equipment\nWorking Conditions: Exposure to loud noise, dust, and fluctuating temperatures (hot/cold)\nIII. Worker Abilities\nA. Physical Requirements\n1. Ability to walk throughout the plant, bend, reach, and climb stairs as needed\n2. Should be able to lift 50-75 pounds.\nB. Mental and Interpersonal Skills\n1. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees\n2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\n3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret technical instructions.\nI V. Education and Experience\nA. High School diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or education preferred\nB.
