Ready to make an impact Welcome to Maropost and you can turn ideas into action!\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Sr. DevOps Engineer to join our growing team responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the core infrastructure of our SaaS product on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will architect and implement robust, secure, and scalable systems using Kubernetes for orchestration and terraform for infrastructure-as-code.\n\nWhat You'll Be Responsible For\n\nDesign, implement, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure on GCP to support our SaaS product. \nLead the deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and security. \nDevelop and maintain Terraform scripts for automated provisioning of cloud resources and environments. \nCollaborate with development and product teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. \nEstablish CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure deployment and application delivery workflows. \nSet up and monitor observability solutions (logging, monitoring, alerting) to ensure operational excellence. \nIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks, contributing to continuous platform optimization. \nDrive adoption of DevOps practices and mentor junior engineers in Kubernetes, GCP, and Terraform best practices. \nParticipate in on-call rotations and support incident response as a senior technical resource in 24/7 rotational environment.\n\nWhat You'll Bring To Maropost\n\n6+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on cloud-native SaaS environments. \nStrong hands-on expertise with GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, IAM, etc.). \nAdvanced skills in Kubernetes cluster management, workload orchestration, and troubleshooting. \nDeep proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code concepts for cloud automation. \nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Build kite, Argo CD , or similar). \nProficient in scripting/programming (Python, Go, or Bash). \nSolid understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments. \nFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Stack driver, etc.). \nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills. \nExposure to service mesh (Istio, Linkerd), cloud cost optimization, or FinOps. \nExperience with other public clouds (AWS, Azure). \nCertifications in GCP, Kubernetes, or Terraform. \nYou exemplify Maropost's Values:\nCustomer Obsessed \nExtreme Urgency \nExcellence \nResourceful\n\nMessage from the Founders: Maropost is looking for builders -
