We'd love for you to join us!\nThe Impact You'll Have\nLead Implementations: Own the configuration and deployment of Marqeta’s standardised products and services for new customers, interfacing with everyone from full stack engineers to founders/CEOs.\n\nCustomer Support: Serve as the technical expert guiding customers through their integration journey, especially with our APIs\n\nBuild Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of specific Marqeta products and services; create customer slide presentations, internal runbooks and training content to scale team knowledge.\n\nAdvocate for Customers: Provide feedback to internal teams that reflects the customer’s voice and ensures our product evolves to meet real-world needs.\n\nCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Marqeta’s Project Managers, Product Managers, Sales, and Account Management to align and execute on client goals.\n\nWho You Are\n5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical onboarding, or technical support).\n\nExceptional communication skills - you can explain complex technical concepts to anyone orally and in writing.
