As the General Manager you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and successful operation of the hotel. Make an impact by overseeing all aspects of hotel performance, including guest satisfaction, financial results, employee engagement, sales and revenue growth, operational excellence, and asset preservation. In this crucial role, you will serve as the property's senior leader, fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability, and teamwork while ensuring alignment with brand standards and ownership objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead all operational managers to success on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans related to the property's strategic plan. \nChampion the brand’s service vision for product and service delivery and ensure alignment amongst the property Leadership team.\nPlan, organize, facilitate, attend, and/or participate in various hotel and departmental meetings.
