Assist with system maintenance across revenue management system as well as to distribution channels. Assist in the implementation of hotel sales strategies meeting and admin tasks for team.\nCANDIDATE PROFILE\nEducation and Experience\nA degree or diploma from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related subject\nOR\n2 years experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.\nCORE WORK ACTIVITIES\nManaging and Executing Revenue Management Projects and Strategy\nAssist to prepare meeting agendas and support documents.\nAssist in implementing hotel sales strategy in reservation systems, inventory systems, sales systems, and revenue management systems.\nAssist with system maintenance including but not limited to monitoring forecasted demand, recommended rates, and hurdles, updating group inputs, and running daily system checks.\nAssist in managing room and function space authorizations, rates, and restrictions.\nSupport Front Office and Reservations teams with technical revenue management questions.\nMonitor hotel compliance with brand standards and guidelines that inhibit rate and price integrity.\nAnalyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data\nUpdate and maintain accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.\nCompiles data and information from internal and external sources\nMaintains accurate reservation system information.\nUsing computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.\nBuilding Successful Relationships\nDevelops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time.\nInforms and/or updates the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nFollow all company policies and procedures.\nPerform other reasonable job duties as requested.\nAt Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
