Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan.\nCORE WORK ACTIVITIES\nThe core responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nWork in partnership with the BTWN Restaurant Management team to execute the smooth and flawless operations.\nComplete all barista opening, cleaning, and closing duties as per checklist. \nDevelop a complete working knowledge of all food and beverage served in the Restaurant.\nEnsure that all details of service are performed to expected standards and that every guest receives the highest quality of service in line with LQA standards.\nMaintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils, and work areas\nMaintain proper restock and replenish for the venue and not limited to coffee machine area. \nPerform preventative measures, including maintenance to keep other machines and equipment in working condition. \nContribute to shift briefings as required. \nEnsure checks are closed and guest billing is accurate.\nMonitor opening and closing duties and completed daily to standard by barista.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent work ethic with a high
