invoices, and delivery notes.\n\nVerify quantities, prices, quality, expiry dates, and product specifications.\n\nPrepare Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and maintain accurate receiving records.\n\nReport discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages, and price variances.\n\nMonitor food, beverage, and operating supply costs.\n\nAssist with physical inventories, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis.\n\nVerify supplier invoices and coordinate with Purchasing, Stores, and Accounts Payable.\n\nMonitor stock rotation, wastage, and inventory movements.\n\nPrepare daily receiving reports and assist with monthly cost-control reporting.\n\nEnsure compliance with hotel policies, internal controls, food safety, and hygiene standards.\n\nSafeguard hotel assets and maintain accurate documentation.\n\nQualifications:\nDiploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management is preferred.\n\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel cost control, receiving, inventory, or accounting.\n\nKnowledge of receiving procedures, inventory control, and invoice verification.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.\n\nFamiliarity with hotel inventory and purchasing systems is an advantage.\n\nStrong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.\n\nHigh level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nKnowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock rotation procedures.\n\nAbility to work independently and maintain confidentiality.\n\nCompetitive salary based on
