If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.\nJob Summary:\nOversee all daily hotel operations to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met\n\nLead, mentor, and develop hotel staff across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance\n\nManage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to maximize revenue and control costs\n\nEnsure compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, and quality assurance requirements\n\nDrive sales strategies and work with local accounts to increase occupancy and RevPAR\n\nHandle guest relations, resolve escalated complaints, and maintain high satisfaction scores\n\nOversee hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management of hotel team members\n\nCoordinate with ownership and corporate leadership on property goals and reporting\n\nDrive revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing, forecasting and inventory management;
