This role oversees daily operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and brand compliance while creating an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.\nThe ideal candidate is a visible leader who enjoys mentoring others, building strong teams, and driving operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead all aspects of hotel operations to maximize guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and financial performance.\n\nRecruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hotel team.\n\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, franchise standards, and operating procedures.\n\nManage labor, expenses, and operating budgets while maintaining profitability.\n\nMonitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.\n\nFoster a culture of outstanding guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.\n\nMaintain exceptional cleanliness, safety, and property appearance standards.\n\nOversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and daily financial reporting.\n\nBuild relationships within the local community and actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives.\n\nPartner with the Area Director to develop budgets, business plans, and operational strategies.\n\nEnsure accurate completion of administrative tasks, audits, banking, and reporting requirements.\n\nBe available to respond to operational needs as required.\n\nAll other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired\nMinimum of 1 years of Hotel General Manager experience in a Select Service or Extended Stay hotel.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and team development skills.\n\nExperience managing hotel financials, budgets, labor costs, and operational performance.\n\nKnowledge of scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and payroll.\n\nValid driver's license with reliable transportation.\n\nFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.\n\nPreferred:\nHilton, Marriott, or IHG brand experience.\n\nAssociate degree (or higher) in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nSalary Management Position and Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Profit Sharing, Paid Vacation, and Bonus Potential\nJoin Our Growing Team\nIf you're looking for more than just your next job-and want the opportunity to grow your career with one of the nation's expanding hotel management companies-we encourage you to apply today.\nLead with purpose.
