You’ll be accountable for guest satisfaction, team performance, financial results and Marriott brand standards. This role suits a leader who is visible on property, coaches the team, and treats the hotel like a business.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage (The Bistro)\n\nOwn the P&L: build and manage budgets, forecasts and labor models, and control costs without hurting the guest experience\n\nPartner with sales and revenue management to grow RevPAR and market share against the comp set\n\nImprove guest satisfaction scores (Marriott GSS/Medallia) and maintain brand standards and quality audit results\n\nRecruit, train, develop and retain a high-performing team, and build a culture of accountability and hospitality\n\nKeep the property in excellent physical condition, oversee preventive maintenance and capital projects, and support renovations\n\nEnsure compliance with safety, health, employment and licensing requirements\n\nBuild relationships with local businesses, community organizations and corporate accounts\n\nReport regularly to ownership on performance, opportunities and risks\n\nWhat We Need:\nBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred (non required)\n\n3+ years of hotel leadership experience;
